Does Canola Oil Worsen Dementia|Alzheimer's|Alzheimer's Disease?

Olive oil, unlike Canola, has been proven to help in reducing levels of amyloid plaques in the brain. These plaques have been shown to be at higher levels in Alzheimer's patients. Because of this, scientists wanted to understand if canola oil would have the exact same healthy impact on our brains.

A research study was performed at LKSOM (Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University) using two groups of mice. One group was fed a typical diet plan, while the other group's diet plan was supplemented with around 2 Tablespoons of canola oil each day. The outcomes called into question how healthy Canola Oil may actually be.
